1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of Juvo, including its games, features, content and multiplayer functionality.

By using Juvo, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws.

3. Personal use

Juvo is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may use the app through supported devices and platforms in accordance with these terms and any applicable app-store rules.

4. Responsible use

You must use Juvo responsibly and must not use it in a way that violates applicable law, harms others or interferes with the app or another player’s device.

You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to Juvo or its functionality, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

5. Multiplayer conduct

Multiplayer features are intended for fair, respectful and consensual play.

Juvo must not be used to harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive or deliberately disrupt other players.

Players are responsible for their own conduct and for the content they communicate or create during local or multiplayer sessions.

6. Game and party content

Juvo includes games, questions, prompts, challenges and other interactive content intended for entertainment.

Some party-game content may vary depending on selected settings, categories, age options or content preferences.

Players should choose suitable settings for the people taking part in a session.

7. Availability and updates

Juvo may change over time. Games, features, content, interfaces, supported devices and platform availability may be added, modified or removed.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features or to maintain compatibility, security and reliability.

8. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation

Juvo is provided on an available basis.

Although reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable experience, uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, complete compatibility or error-free gameplay cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, device limitations, operating-system changes or technical problems outside Juvo’s control.

9. App Store and platform requirements

Your use of Juvo may also be subject to the terms, rules and technical requirements of the app store, operating system or device through which Juvo is provided.

The relevant platform provider is responsible for its own services, accounts, payments, downloads and infrastructure.

10. Intellectual property

Juvo’s name, branding, design, software, interface, structure and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit Juvo or its original content without prior permission.

Normal use of the app does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

11. Third-party rights

Certain names, concepts, platform features, system icons or other materials may belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products or services do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. User-created interactions

Answers, names, clues, statements or other content created by players during a session are the responsibility of the participating players.

Juvo does not control conversations or behavior occurring outside the app or between people sharing the same device or session.

13. Limitation of liability

Juvo is intended for entertainment and is not designed as professional, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical advice.

Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is assumed for indirect losses, loss of locally stored progress or issues caused by unsupported devices, platform failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Information about local data, multiplayer communication, analytics, advertising and support messages is available in the Privacy Policy.

15. Suspension or discontinuation

Access to individual features may be restricted or discontinued where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or technical reasons.

Juvo itself may also be discontinued in the future.

16. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated when Juvo’s features, legal requirements or technical operation change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the applicable effective date.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
